It lists your spaces by venue, and each space has a page with everything about it alongside a calendar of when it is booked and free. Only the times are shown, never what is on. Choose the questions for each form - phone, organisation, the name and type of event, numbers and a message - and which are required. When the hirer picks a space, its details appear beside the form. Each enquiry becomes a provisional event with an Enquiry status, the space, the date and the hirer as a contact, so it sits in your calendars straight away, kept off wallboards and away from people who cannot see holds. The people and departments you choose are notified, and the hirer gets an acknowledgement from your venue.
